England Hampstead Heath London Outdoor Photography Photography United Kingdom Workshop

Perfect weather, no end of photo opportunities and lemon biscuits….what else does one need on a Heath photo workshop?

We had a great selection of images to choose from and a huge range in style from the workshop group this weekend. I’m always amazed how differently  we all interpret the same scene – there is a talented photographer in all of us.

Scroll down to see the excellent shots from Saturday morning. If you fancy coming on a workshop the next one is on November 12th. After that it’s January 7th and March 18th in 2017 Click here for more information.

What a lovely group of people :)
Nicky captured this lovely autumnal moment, honing in on texture and colour
A lovely original idea from Graham arranging late autumn, woodland floor treats and giving them 'personality'
Ed took getting down low to the fullest, photographing this grass from a 'bugs-eye-view' The blurry foreground makes this a strong composition
A rare black and white moment on the workshop which Christian captured beautifully. The atmosphere really comes through in this format which is often overlooked
Selena really experimented with different lighting settings and it paid off, the soft light in this shot is captivating.
Silvia saw this creative image and executed it very well. Great use of the contrast created by the strong light
Alex's attention to sharpness came through strongly as he focused on the droplets. The shallow depth of field really draws the eye in to the image.
