Course Description

The workshop will be split in to two sessions:

Photography at the Cemetery
In this atmospheric location, you’ll receive guidance on both the technical and creative aspects of photography. We’ll encourage you to explore a specific theme and start telling a story through your images, with personalised support to refine your skills and vision.

Bookmaking at Eddie’s Studio
Back in Eddie’s home studio in Golders Green, we’ll delve into the editing process, focusing on image selection, sequencing, and preparing your photographs for print. You’ll learn how to process your images to ensure they are print-ready and then move on to the practical art of bookmaking. Each participant will have the opportunity to create their own hand-bound book, mastering techniques like creasing, trimming, and folding. By the end of the day, you’ll leave with a unique, self-made photo book to showcase your work.
