Kids Workshop 15/11/15

It was unusually warm for the second kids photography workshop on Hampstead Heath. My main concern at this time of year is avoiding the rain which I’ve been getting away with for years.

We had a lovely group who all brought their own unique style and once again the standard was superb with each photographer illustrating the same scene in very different ways.

Making the walk from the education centre to the woods
Lola got down low to focus on the forest floor detail
Rayna improvises from inside the hollow beech!
Ute helps out Maija from the City of London Corporation to get the best out of her camera
Team pauses for a group photo!
Rayna took this lovely detail of moss on an oak branch
Lola captured this lovely light across the forest floor. Not an easy exposure to get right
Daniel experimented with different settings on his camera and got a great result, capturing the moody sky
Lauren went for black and white with great effect capturing the lovely light falling on the fern leaves
Maija saw the amazing lichen detail and executed a very well exposed shot

New dates for adult workshops just announced! Look out for more kids workshops here or in the Hampstead Heath brochure. Please visit the workshop page for information
