Talking with Hannah Stitfall

About Hannah Stitfall

Hannah Stitfall is a wildlife producer, filmmaker and presenter. She has presented shows for BBC Earth, BBC Springwatch and BBC Radio Four. She is passionate about conservation and is an ambassador for the Wildlife Trusts, The UK Wild Otter Trust, Prickles and Paws Hedgehog Rescue and the Cornish Seal Sanctuary.

Hannah graduated with a first class honours in Zoology and followed this up with a masters in wildlife filmmaking. She believes in the power of communicating to the unconverted, to make positive change for wildlife and environmental issues across the globe.

Hannah lives in Cornwall and when she’s not working (which isn’t often) she is hiking the Cornish coast or sea swimming with her dog Isabelle. She works hard at communicating wildlife issues through her social media channels and her love of foxes became a bit of a catalyst for her ending up in this career. Her first ever book leaving play school was Roald Dahl’s Fantastic Mr.Fox, and needless to say, she hasn’t looked back since…
